Our standard delivery, is a 1 man delivery to ground floor only, as the products are heavy. If a 2 man delivery team is required, please email or call so we can make the necessary arrangements with you (extra £25.00 for an extra man) We do ask that there is clear access for the delivery team and any valuables are removed prior to delivery as we cannot be held responsible for breakages. If your old furniture needs to be dismantled, we can do this for a charge of £10.00 per item. And any old furniture can be disposed of, for an extra charge of £30.00 ( Total Price for disposal ). Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any damages occurred if you choose to dismantle yourself. Unless local to us ( inside a 15 miles radius ), all measurements are your sole responsibility. And upon the delivery and/or fitting by us, the goods do not fit, you the customer are held liable. And due to this, no goods can be returned & no refund will be given. All prices above are subject to minimum order values, please call for details.

It generally takes approximately 8 to 10 weeks from order to fitting.

We order all components from our supplier for your project; the furniture is manufactured to order from our supplier.

You will get a call from us about 2 weeks prior to delivery into the bedroom store to arrange a delivery/fitting date and time with you.

If you choose our fitting service we prefer the room to be cleared ready for fitting. You must tell us in advance if you want us to dismantle and take away existing furniture for you.

Pictures and glass light fittings should be taken down in the room where we are fitting the furniture, and rooms, hallways and stairs which we need to go through with the furniture.

We will phone you the day before to re-confirm the delivery/fitting and the approx time we will arrive.

Again if you choose our fitting service we will dispose of all the packaging from the new furniture and leave your home clean and tidy.
